Since 2019, Kids N Vets has been dedicated to strengthening communities by providing vital support to those who served our nation, and the children who are its future. We translate this commitment into tangible action, making sure that the people of our nation’s past and future have the resources they need to succeed and thrive.


Our Mission

Kids N Vets is driven by a singular goal: to foster a community of care, compassion, and opportunity for children and veterans.

We believe that providing essential resources and mentorship is the foundation for a brighter future. Our comprehensive approach addresses immediate needs while building long-term stability:

  • Empowering Children: We alleviate burdens on families by distributing essential supplies, including school materials, clothing, and nourishing food. This ensures every child has the resources to pursue their education and dreams with confidence.

  • Honoring Veterans: We recognize the invaluable service of our veterans by offering tailored support, resources, and assistance to meet their unique needs, including transportation aid and immediate relief.

  • Community Collaboration: Through dedicated fundraising and organizing impactful events—such as our upcoming partnership with The Chicago Food Depository—we collect and distribute essential non-perishable food items to address hunger in our shared community.

Beyond donations, our mission is about mentorship and holistic support:

  • Facilitating Mobility: We organize car donations to provide crucial transportation for families and veterans transitioning to stable lives.

  • Guiding the Future: We offer mentorship programs to equip young minds with the guidance, business acumen, and confidence they need to become the next generation of successful leaders and entrepreneurs.

Supporting Our Students

  • 4,000+ Book Bags Distributed: We have supplied over 4,000 children with essential resources, including paper, scissors, markers, rulers, folders, and essential hygiene supplies for school like hand sanitizer and lotion.

  • Fostering Entrepreneurship: Through personalized mentorship programs, we have successfully guided many young minds, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence necessary to pursue entrepreneurial journeys in the future.

  • Cultivating Growth: We have witnessed remarkable growth as participants develop essential business knowledge and leadership qualities in a supportive ecosystem that encourages innovation and collaboration.

Serving Our Veterans

  • Holistic Aid Provided: Veterans have received essential, immediate benefits, including emergency transportation, crucial car repairs, water delivery during high-heat days, and food donations.

  • Expanded Community Outreach: In collaboration with volunteers and community leaders, we have expanded our reach to ensure that essential resources are readily accessible to veterans and elderly individuals, ensuring no one is left behind.
